Genpact in India seeks a Sr. Specialist - BI, Reporting and Data Visualization to turn data into actionable insights.

You will execute complex reporting tasks, build dashboards, and support executive presentations. You’ll partner with Finance, FP&A, Operations and Transformation teams, drive automation and standardization, and mentor junior analysts in a fast‑moving, innovation‑driven environment with flex time.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in analytics/CS/stats or related field.
• Masters or certifications in data science preferred.
• Experience with BI, reporting, and analytics platforms required.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills.
• Knowledge of data governance and data management best practices.

• Executes complex reporting tasks and documentation.
• Prepares dashboards and client presentations.
• Supports workshops and internal reviews.
• Delivers input to delivery managers.
• Drives improvements in reporting workflows.
• Delivers monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting packs.
• Prepares Board, CFO, CEO, and Executive Leadership presentations.
• Develops KPI, SLA, and performance scorecards.
• Provides variance analyses and performance commentary.
• Creates dashboards and visual reporting solutions.
• Partners with Finance, FP&A, Operations, and Transformation teams.
• Drives reporting automation and standardization.
• Translates financial and operational data into actionable insights.
• Manages end-to-end reporting delivery and governance.
• Coaches and develops reporting analysts.
