Sr. Research Analyst

The purpose of this role is to deliver analysis inline with client business objectives, goals, and to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand the client needs specifically. Ensure clear communication with clients and act as an interface between team members and the client counterpart. Discuss issues related to questionnaires with clients and suggest solutions.
2. Utilize specialised knowledge of market research tools and programming languages to understand client requirements, build surveys, and deliver data tables as per specifications with the required quality and productivity levels.
3. Review project requirements and execute projects independently according to guidelines, deploying the appropriate tools and systems.
4. Assign and allocate work to junior team members, coordinate with them, and assist in programming surveys.
5. Create and follow work allocation schedules and project plans.
