Concentrix is seeking a Sr. Quality Evaluator in Hyderabad, India, to audit decisions made by both human reviewers and ML systems and to document root causes with clear reasoning. The role emphasizes rigor in policy interpretation and clear communication.

Graduation is required, with 1 year of relevant experience and 2+ years overall. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify gaps and drive improvements within a global client

Responsibilities

• Audit decisions made by human reviewers and ML systems.
• Identify incorrect decisions and explain root causes clearly.
• Distinguish Between policy gaps, training gaps and tool/system issues.
• Create structured RCA reports with clear reasoning.
• Identify recurring trends and patterns in errors.
• Support calibrations and align with Client-defined ground truth.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve quality.
• Ensure high accuracy and consistency across reviews.
