Job summary

cnx is seeking a Sr. Quality Evaluator to audit decisions and perform root-cause analyses. The role requires interpreting guidelines, identifying gaps, and communicating clear rationales for decisions. You will work with human reviewers and ML outputs to ensure high accuracy and consistent quality.

Graduation is required, with 1 year of relevant experience or 2+ years total experience. This is a full-time on-site position based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Cognitive and analytical ability to reason through complex problems.
• Experience with root-cause analysis techniques such as 5 Why, fishbone, or six sigma concepts.
• Ability to interpret guidelines and handle edge cases consistently.
• Clear and structured communication of decisions with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Audit decisions made by human reviewers and ML systems.
• Identify incorrect decisions and explain root causes clearly.
• Distinguish between policy gaps, training gaps, and tool/system issues.
• Create structured RCA reports with clear reasoning.
• Identify recurring patterns in errors and suggest improvements.
• Support calibrations and align with ground truth.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve quality.
• Ensure high accuracy and consistency across reviews.
