Job summary

The role requires 1 year relevant experience or 2+ years overall, Graduation, and strong analytical, RCA understanding, and clear communication skills to explain decisions and root causes.

Qualifications

• Cognitive & analytical thinking with strong logical reasoning.
• RCA understanding including 5 why, fishbone, Six Sigma concepts.
• Policy interpretation and ability to handle edge cases with consistent judgement.
• Effective communication with clear, structured explanations and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Audit decisions made by human reviewers and ML systems.
• Identify incorrect decisions and explain root causes clearly.
• Distinguish policy gaps, training gaps and tool/system issues.
• Create structured RCA reports with clear reasoning.
• Identify recurring trends in errors and support calibrations.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve quality.
• Ensure high accuracy and consistency across reviews.

RCA understanding – exposure to “5 why” technique, fishbone, six sigma concepts etc.
