Job summary

Chubb India is seeking a QA & Analytics Implementation Engineer to own analytics quality from implementation to validation. You will configure GA4 and GTM, manage data layers and consent settings, and write automated tests.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data capture and release readiness. You will build automation with Playwright/TypeScript, test AEM components, and develop dashboards in GA4 and QLIK to communicate insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA/testing experience with analytics or tag management implementations.
• Hands-on experience writing, reviewing, and executing test cases across releases; strong functional, regression, and release testing.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and validate test cases for every release across GA4, GTM, and connected components.
• Perform functional, regression, and release testing to ensure product and analytics quality.
• Validate GA4 and GTM implementations, tag firing, event parameters, and OneTrust consent behavior.
• Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with cross-functional teams on release readiness.

KEY OBJECTIVE

We are looking for a QA & Analytics Implementation Engineer to own quality across our GA4, GTM, and OneTrust implementations while also building the analytics solutions being tested. This is a QA-first role: you will write and execute test cases, validate releases, and track defects through resolution. Alongside that, you will configure GA4 and GTM setups, maintain data layers and tagging, and manage consent configuration through OneTrust, giving you end-to-end ownership of analytics quality from implementation through validation.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QA & Test Execution (Primary)

• Write, review, and validate test cases for every release, covering GA4, GTM, and connected platform components.
• Perform functional, regression, and release testing to ensure product and analytics quality.
• Validate GA4 and GTM implementations, including tag firing, event parameters, and OneTrust consent behavior.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution; collaborate with cross-functional teams on release readiness.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Playwright with TypeScript.
• Test and validate AEM components and their behavior.
• Use Observe Point for validation activities, if applicable.Write, review, and validate test cases for every release.
• Perform functional, regression, and release testing to ensure product quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and release readiness.
• Design and configure GA4 and GTM setups, including advanced features, custom scripts, data layers, and events to capture required data points
• Implement and manage tags across platforms (marketing, analytics, media), including consent-gated tags via OneTrust and GTM consent mode, ensuring correct configuration and performance.
• Partner with marketing, product, and development teams to implement and maintain analytics and tag management solutions.
• Develop reports and dashboards in GA4 and QLIK to communicate insights to stakeholders. Google Analytics reporting is an added advantage.
• Use Jira to manage and prioritize QA and implementation tasks, ensuring milestones are met.
• Communicate findings, defects, and analytics insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years of experience in software quality engineering or QA testing, with exposure to analytics or tag management implementations.
• Hands-on experience writing, reviewing, and executing test cases across releases; strong functional, regression, and release testing background.
• Practical experience with Playwright and TypeScript for automation.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), including validating and configuring implementations.
• Experience testing AEM components and related functionality.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Strong Advantage

• Experience configuring OneTrust or other consent management platforms.
• Experience using Observe Point for validation activities.
• Experience creating Google Analytics reports and QLIK dashboards.
• Ability to learn new tools and adapt quickly to changing project needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A recognized degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Relevant QA or testing certifications are a strong advantage. Automation knowledge on Frameworks, Usage of existing frameworks
• Relevant QA or testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB Advanced, Azure certification) are a strong advantage.
