Job summary

Dailoqa in India is seeking a Core Technical Role to design and build high-performance Python applications and backend services that integrate LLMs into enterprise systems.

You will design RAG architectures with vector databases, develop AI workflows, and collaborate across Product, Design, QA, Data, and Ops to deliver on the roadmap.

The role emphasizes robust CI/CD, testing, and strong communication, with agile practices guiding execution.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and related libraries.
• Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and integrations.
• Cloud platforms experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Containerization with Docker & Kubernetes.
• Strong DB skills: SQL and NoSQL.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide effort estimates, and manage execution using Agile methodologies.
• Provide hands‑on technical solutions for complex problems and actively troubleshoot issues across the stack.
