• 4–8 years of professional backend development experience inPython.
  
• 2+years of production experience withFastAPI.
  
• Strongunderstanding of REST API design, async I/O, and Pydantic.
  
• Experiencewith relational and/or NoSQL databases.
  
• Familiaritywith containerization (Docker) and deployment best practices.
  
• Knowledgeof Git, CI/CD tools, and testing frameworks like Pytest.
