Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 8–10 years of proposal/project engineering in industrial automation.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of detailed, customized proposals for Industrial Automation, Drives, Networks, and cybersecurity services.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Consultants, Engineering, Field Services, Operations, C&N, Finance, and Credit Management teams; be primary contact during proposals.
• Design solutions aligned with client specs; develop accurate cost estimates incl. materials and labour.
• Demonstrate OT/IT and industrial automation expertise across DCS, PLCs, drives; manage upgrades.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance; collaborate with QA for standards.
• Stay updated on automation trends; drive standardization of proposals and tools.
• Deliver high-quality proposals that meet margin targets and internal processes.
