Role Description

The Sr Project Manager / Project Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery for Industrial automation and digital transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

This full-time on-site role, based out of Vadodara, Gujarat , involves planning project timelines, defining milestones, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing communication with clients and mentoring internal stakeholders.

Daily activities include tracking project progress, expediting critical tasks and materials, overseeing inspection and quality checks, and resolving issues that could affect schedule or performance. This position requires the candidate to be extremely well conversant with PLC programming, OPC , SCADA and Historian and Report and scripting and knowledge of IOT and enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including Project Management, planning, scheduling, scope management, and stakeholder coordination.


• Excellent Technical knowledge of Automation systems and Software platforms


• Knowledge of Inspection procedures and quality assurance practices within industrial or engineering projects.


• Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or a related field


• Experience of minimum 8 years in execution and managing Automation projects in industrial automation, SCADA, MES, IoT, or related digital transformation domains


• Ability to analyze project SOW, manage budgets, prepare detailed documentation, and present clear status updates to clients and leadership team.


• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams on-site.


• Proven ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment and to adapt to evolving project requirements.
