A leading electrical management company is seeking a Senior Project Manager specializing in Data Centres to manage key client projects. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in Integrated Building Management Systems and proven project management skill. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, ensuring project delivery within scope and budget, and maintaining client relationships. Join us to make an impact in sustainability and efficiency.
May need to travel in the South region – Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, AP etc. as per the project execution requirement.
Project Manager to manage key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
To work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. To coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures in project management of ELV segment. Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of other team members. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reporting to a regional manager. Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Qualification: Engineering Graduate in Electronics /Electrical/ETX/Mechanical with 7-10 years of experience in the field of Integrated Building Management Systems/ PLC systems. Executed the projects like Data Centres/hospitals/hotels/commercial buildings/industrial segment. Preferably Project Management experience in Data Centre segment.
Preference: PMP certification.
