Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead AI-enabled transformation initiatives in a hybrid Bangalore setting.

You will manage multiple Scrum projects, ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget, and implement best practices across distributed teams. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical insight into Salesforce ecosystems. Ideal candidates have 2-3 Salesforce deployments in Agile-Scrum, Scrum Master cert, and proven ability to drive cross-functional

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding or equivalent work/technical experience.
• Experience on Salesforce application testing/test automation – Sales, Marketing and Service Clouds, CPQ, and integrations with ERP systems.
• Must have been involved in 2-3 large Salesforce implementations in an Agile–Scrum model.
• Must have experience as Project Manager in Agile-Scrum and Waterfall software development.
• Experience running Sprints and tracking throughput with JIRA, Confluence and JAMA.
• Scrum Master certification is required.
