Job summary

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including networking, conflict resolution, negotiating, and influencing.
  • Ability to work independently with high initiative and comfortable working in a team environment.

  • Identify recurring themes, trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate findings to project teams.
  • Develop and maintain project trackers, participant lists, dashboards, reports, and presentations.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and the creation of actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, webinars, surveys, and stakeholder communications.
  • Monitor project progress, participation, and engagement metrics.
  • Maintain project documentation, governance materials, and process guides.

Job Description

The Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of strategic initiatives and pilot programs by coordinating project activities, managing communications, collecting and synthesizing stakeholder feedback, maintaining project documentation and reporting, and providing data-driven insights to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement. The role serves as a central point of coordination across project teams, business partners, and stakeholders to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently and key outcomes are monitored and communicated effectively.

The Project Coordinator partners with program and implementation teams to execute pilot programs and key business initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and communications, managing project mailboxes and participant lists, creating and administering surveys, tracking engagement and feedback, analyzing data to identify trends and themes, developing reports and presentations, and maintaining project documentation. The role gathers insights from multiple feedback channels and translates findings into actionable recommendations that support project decisions, stakeholder engagement, and successful implementation of firm-wide initiatives.

In-Office Collaboration
