Vrinda Global in India is seeking a Senior Project Controls specialist with 15+ years of experience in airport/aviation infrastructure projects. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting, with hands-on use of Primavera P6 and MS Project.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams, manage baselines, critical path, risk and delay analysis, and deliver proactive stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in project controls/planning/scheduling or PM.
• Airport/aviation infra exp.
• Hands-on planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Cost control, budget monitoring, schedule management, variance analysis.
• Baseline, critical path, risk and delay analysis knowledge.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communications, and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory Experience:

• Minimum 15+ years of overall experience in project controls, project planning, scheduling, or project management.
• Relevant experience in airport or aviation infrastructure projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and project reporting.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Experience in cost control, budget monitoring, schedule management, and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of project baselines, critical path analysis, risk management, and delay analysis.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline, as per the clients requirements.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in airport development, terminal buildings, airside infrastructure, runways, taxiways, or other aviation-related projects.
• Experience working with an engineering consultancy, PMC, or EPC organization.
