We are seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to lead and scale our Alternate Delivery Models portfolio as part of our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program in India. This is a high-impact role at the forefront of our India expansion, responsible for end-to-end program management across innovative delivery channels including drone delivery, electric vehicle fleets, and micro-mobility solutions. The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of program management experience, a strong operational mindset, and a passion for building scalable, cost-effective last-mile delivery solutions from the ground up.
About the Team The Alternate Delivery Models team operates under the DSP program and is chartered with reimagining last-mile delivery across India. As we expand into new markets in India, this team plays a critical role in launching, stabilizing, and scaling emerging delivery solutions that complement our traditional delivery network. You will work cross-functionally with operations, technology, finance, fleet management, and external partners to drive innovation and operational excellence.
