The role requires deep knowledge of provider/payer workflows, HIPAA/GDPR, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). You will oversee governance, stakeholder alignment, and manage a $10M+ budget in a high-visibility setting.

Formación

• 15+ years in IT Program Management, with at least 8 years in healthcare application transformation.
• PMP or PgMP required; clinical certifications (e.g., CPHIMS) or cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Admin, CS, or related; Master’s/MBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the multi-year transformation strategy to migrate legacy healthcare apps to cloud-based microservices.
• Oversee HL7, FHIR, and EDI integrations for seamless data exchange across the enterprise.
• Ensure HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC2 compliance and security audits for transformed apps.
• Lead Steering Committee sessions with C-level executives and manage cross-functional governance.
• Manage >$10M program budgets, vendor negotiations, and ROI tracking.
