Competenze

• 8 to 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Exposure to EU-CRA, IEC 62443, and/or EN 18031.
• Exposure to threat modeling and penetration testing (OpenVAS, Metasploit) preferred.
• IEC 62443 or CISSP certification is preferred.

Role: Sr. Product Security Engineer

Job Description

As a Sr. Product Security Engineer, you will ensure that all embedded, connected, and radio-enabled products comply with IEC 62443 industrial cybersecurity requirements and/or EN 18031 security requirements for radio equipment devices under the EU Radio Equipment Directive (RED).

This role establishes secure-by-design practices across firmware, hardware, wireless interfaces, cloud integrations, and product lifecycle processes. You will work in cross-functional, agile teams with other development disciplines and be involved in all steps of the process—from initial concept to the final product.

You will also participate in research and technology innovation initiatives within the line organization to help maintain market leadership. Our solutions aim to improve efficiency, quality, safety, speed, ergonomics, and environmental performance.

Requirements

• 8 to 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• In-depth exposure to EU-CRA, IEC 62443, and/or EN 18031.
• Knowledge and prior experience with OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC, Profinet) and systems (PLC, DCS, RTU, SCADA).
• Leadership skills to build and guide a team.
• Exposure to threat modeling and penetration testing (e.g., OpenVAS, Metasploit) is preferred.
• IEC 62443 or CISSP certification is preferred.
