Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr. Product Management Specialist to lead the Building Management Systems portfolio from Pune, India. You will drive product strategy, lifecycle management, and market analysis to ensure offerings meet customer needs and stay competitive.

You will report to Product Management leadership and collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing and customer support to deliver innovative building management solutions on-site at our Pune location.

Qualifications

As a Sr. Product Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in managing and advancing the Honeywell Automation portfolio with a focus on Building Management Systems (BMS). You will be responsible for driving product strategy, lifecycle management, and market analysis to ensure our offerings meet customer needs and maintain competitive advantage.

You will report directly to our Product Management leadership, and you’ll work out of our Pune, India location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of Honeywell's automation solutions by shaping product direction, optimizing portfolio performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and effective building management technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies for the Building Management Systems portfolio within Honeywell Automation.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch support, ensuring alignment with market demands and business goals.
