Tata Consultancy Services is hiring for Sr Process Associate- GL & Fixed assets in Nagpur. The role requires strong General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and R2R skills with experience in intercompany processes.

The candidate should have 4–8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with relevant education. The position offers a 24x7 shift and on-site work in Nagpur.

Qualifications

• Experience in GL, fixed assets and month-end close processes.
• Ability to perform journal entries and revenue recognition reviews.
• Familiarity with intercompany/billing reconciliations and compliance checks.

Responsibilities

• Should be able to perform customer account / statement reconciliation.
• Review timely inputting, accuracy, and reconciliation of data.
• Identify process gaps and provide actionable solutions.

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream-B. Com (Hons), M.COM, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, ICWA Inter.

Must Have Skills

• Record to Report, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, InterCo.
• Performing compliance verification/approval and quality review
• Researching/reconciling of GL/Bank accounts
• Deep understanding of Month-end close and Journal entries
• Exposure in Intercompany/intracompany billing including revenue recognition

Good-to-Have Skills

• Reconciliations
• Thorough working knowledge of Payroll Reconciliation
• Review and update detailed schedule of Fixed Assets and accumulated depreciation Conduct Fixed Assets analysis as requested by the Client
• Prepare audit schedules relating to Fixed assets and assist auditors with their queries Revaluation of Foreign Currency liability / assets
• General Accounting & Fixed Assets( General Ledger (GL) Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, Month-End Close Process, Journal Entries, Compliance Verification & Approval, Quality Review),
• Intercompany / Intracompany Transactions (Billing & Settlements, Revenue Recognition)
• Good understanding of oracle & Cadency"
