Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, and infrastructure engineering.
- Hands-on expertise in GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline design and automation, Sonatype Nexus / Lifecycle, Broadcom CA Release Automation.
- Strong architectural background in enterprise-scale automation and secure delivery pipelines.

- Distinguished engineer with proven hands-on expertise in: GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline design and automation, Sonatype Nexus / Lifecycle, Broadcom CA Release Automation.
- Strong architectural background in enterprise-scale automation and secure delivery pipelines.
- Experience leading global service ownership and driving adoption across large financial organizations.
- Deep problem-solving ability with a leadership edge - capable of influencing senior stakeholders and guiding engineering teams.
- Knowledge of Liquibase for database change management (preferred).
- Proven track record of delivering resilient, compliant, and scalable solutions in regulated industries.
- Experience in financial services or global banking organizations.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, NIST, DORA, PRA).
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
