Job summary

Teamplus Staffing Solution in Chennai is seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to lead design, development, and enterprise-wide deployment of low-code solutions. You will build Canvas Apps, implement Row-Level Security, and create automated Power Automate workflows across environments.

The ideal candidate has 4 to 6 years of hands-on Power Platform experience, strong ALM capabilities, and proficiency with Dataverse, RBAC, and environment strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.

Hi, We are having opening for Sr Power Platform Developer- Chennai Hybrid

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer (46 Years) to lead the design, development, and enterprise-wide deployment of custom low-code solutions. In this role, you will build complex Canvas Apps, architect robust Row-Level Security (RLS) data models, and construct automated, enterprise-grade Power Automate workflows. The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) demonstrating a proven track record of managing solutions, environment strategies, and seamless release management across Development, Testing/UAT, and Production environments.

Job Role & Responsibility

Application Development & User Experience

• Canvas Apps Development: Architect and construct complex, responsive, and performance-optimized
• Canvas Apps tailored to enterprise business needs.
• Advanced UI/UX: Design modern, accessible user interfaces following UX standards, utilizing component libraries, custom themes, and reusable controls.
• Integration & Customization: Build custom connectors, integrate native APIs, and handle complex data structures (JSON parsing, collection management, and delegable queries) within Canvas Apps.

Data Architecture & Security Governance

• Row-Level Security (RLS): Implement granular Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS) policies in Dataverse and SQL Server to safeguard sensitive enterprise data.
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Define and manage security roles, business units, field-level security profiles, and team-based permissions.
• Data Compliance: Ensure all data operations strictly adhere to corporate governance, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and enterprise security frameworks.

Enterprise Automation & Orchestration

• Power Automate Workflows: Design end-to-end cloud flows and business process flows to automate multi-stage enterprise operations.
• Error Handling & Resilience: Build enterprise-grade error logging, retry policies, environment variables, and automated notifications into workflow architectures.

Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) & Deployment

• Solution Management: Package, manage, and govern solution components using managed and unmanaged solutions following Microsoft ALM best practices.
• Multi-Environment Release Management: Drive smooth code promote pipelines across DeV. Test/UAT -> Production environments.
• CI/CD & Governance: Leverage Power Platform Pipelines or Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions to automate deployment processes, versioning, and environment approvals.
