Job summary

Algoleap Technologies is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade applications. You will lead end‑to‑end Power Platform solutions, integrating systems and engaging with business stakeholders.

The role requires hands‑on delivery across Canvas/Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, plus governance and ALM. You will mentor teams, run demos, and collaborate with clients on complex integrations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development.
• Enterprise Power Apps development experience.
• Strong Power Automate and Power BI expertise.
• Experience integrating SAP, Snowflake, SQL Server, SharePoint, Dataverse, and Excel.
• Experience with governance, ALM, and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
• Develop complex Power Automate workflows with approvals, notifications, error handling, and automation.
• Create interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, DAX measures, and KPIs.
• Integrate Power Platform with Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Excel, SAP, Snowflake, SQL Server, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.
• Manage ALM using Power Platform Solutions, deployment pipelines, and Dev/UAT/Production environments.
• Gather requirements, prepare design documents, conduct demos, and communicate with clients.
