Job summary

UEI in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Developer to design, build, customize and support EBS R12/R12.2 applications, focusing on RICEFW objects and optimized SQL. You will collaborate with functional teams, develop Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, and interfaces using Oracle APIs.

The role includes migrations, upgrades, and ensuring high-quality, scalable enterprise solutions. Candidates should have 7+ years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Oracle EBS Technical Development experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12
• Extensive hands-on experience in RICEFW development and support
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle EBS R12/R12.2 applications
• Develop and maintain RICEFW objects – Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows
• Develop complex SQL, PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and performance-optimized database objects
• Develop Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher (BI Publisher), and custom concurrent programs
• Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle APIs, Open Interfaces
• Support integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems
• Perform data migration and conversion activities using SQL*Loader, FNDLOAD, UTL_FILE, and data migration tools
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend preventive solutions
• Support Oracle EBS patching, upgrades, and post-upgrade remediation activities
• Ensure compliance with development standards and coding best practices
• Work closely with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements
• Translate functional specifications into technical solutions
• Participate in requirement gathering, impact analysis, and solution design discussions
