Job summary

Troikaa Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is looking for a professional to oversee production planning and manage daily manufacturing operations at their plant in Dahej, Gujarat. The role entails coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and maintaining safety protocols during operations.

You will be responsible for documenting all production activities, managing inventory, and performing equipment maintenance scheduling. The ideal candidate will also ensure that the production area remains in an auditable condition.

Job description

Responsibilities

To involve in production planning and to monitor inventory.
To manage the day-to-day manufacturing operation/activities of the plant .
To coordinate with cross functional departments such as warehouse/Quality control/Quality Assurance/Engineering/Safety & Environment/R&D/Micro lab/HR etc. for day to day activity of production department.
To arrange Batch Manufacturing Record and Batch Packing Record for manufacturing of intermediates and APIs.
To arrange and ensure the issuance of raw material and packaging material as per BMR and batch planning.
To coordinate with the EHS department for HAZOP study of products.
To prepare, review and involve in documentation activity of Equipment Qualification, Validation Protocol/Reports of the products,BMR,SOP,Deviation,OOS and OOT.
To review the executed documents of the production department(i.e.logbooks,BMR,ECR etc.,).
To perform and involve in troubleshooting activity.
To ensure safe operations performance and follow the safety protocol while executing plant operations.
To coordinate with the EHS department for ensuring Environment, Health and safety of plant.
To ensure that product manufactured meets with the quality standards.
To initiate change control, deviation and unplanned deviation and to investigate the same.
To ensure proper follow up of scrap handling and labelling procedure.
To ensure that housekeeping is maintained as per standard practices.
To perform and record all production related documentation activity.
To ensure that preventive maintenance of equipment is performed within timeline .
To divide responsibilities and tasks across the subordinate to make production more efficient.
To prepare shift schedule and arrange the shift manpower.
Responsible to perform SAP related activities.
To maintain the Production area in auditable condition.
To perform any other task assigned by HOD.
