LiveAltlife is a "Food as Medicine" company focused on addressing metabolic disorders through nutrition, coaching, and diagnostics. We seek a driven Diet & Nutrition professional with 5–8 years of leadership experience to head a team of clinical nutritionists across partner clinics in Bengaluru.

The role involves coaching, monitoring consultations, coordinating with partner doctors, and visiting clinics to strengthen relationships, while driving program adoption and quality care for patients.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate in Diet & Nutrition with 5–8 years of experience.
• Experience leading or supervising teams.
• Fluency in English and Kannada is required.
• Willingness to commute within Bangalore to partner locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of clinical nutritionists to ensure quality and consistency in consultation.
• Monitor consultations done by the team, ensuring alignment with diabetes care protocols and standards.
• Position Livealtlife programs that meet patient needs and preferences.
• Act as liaison between nutrition team and partner doctors.
• Conduct in-person visits across clinics to maintain strong relationships with medical partners.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting from the nutrition team.
• Be the face of the organization at partner locations and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Provide insights to improve consulting processes and suggest new features or services to maximize conversions.

• We’re looking for motivated and self-driven Diet & Nutrition postgraduates with 5-8 years of experience.
• Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English and Kannada is a must.
• Willingness to commute to different partner locations (within Bangalore) to ensure that the operations are smoothly handled.
• Someone who likes connecting with people & motivating them to make healthier life choices
• Candidates willing to work till late evening at the partner location.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the nutrition team and partner doctors
• Conduct in-person visits across clinics to maintain strong relationships with medical partners
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting from the nutrition team
• Be the face of the organization at our partner locations & coordinate closely with partner stakeholders on regular basis to maintain relationships
• Provide insights and actionable suggestions to improve the consulting processes
• Propose recommendations to the product team in terms of new features/services or ideas to maximize conversions.
