Lead Analyst, Talent Acquisition at Providence

What will you be responsible for?

• Provide technical support for the Firewall Engineering team to produce technical solutions including designing and implementing.
• Contribute to improving processes, documentation, pre-empt risks, and interactions with end users, vendors support staff, and IS departmental staff.

What would your day look like?

• Design, troubleshoot, implement, and maintain solutions; develop and maintain documentation.
• Manage planning, designing, and implementing automation to replace manual work wherever feasible.

Who are we looking for?

• A senior Network Engineer with extensive work experience in Palo Alto Firewalls, Routing & Switching and SD-WAN technologies.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls (Panorama, Prisma Access, WildFire, URL Filtering, Threat Prevention, Prisma).
• Implement security policies, NAT, VPNs (GlobalProtect), and Zero Trust architectures.
• Extensive knowledge of networking, its operations, benefits, and constraints. Proficiency in basic security technologies such as firewalls.
• Familiarity with SD-WAN solutions, including routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Deploy and manage SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela, Fortinet, Versa, or VMware Velocloud).
• Proficiency in networking basics including TCP/IP protocols, the OSI model, routing, switching, and basic network issue resolution.
• Certifications: Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE), Cisco CCNP, VMware SD-WAN certification or equivalent are preferred.
