Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3–5+ years in people leadership.
- Proven experience managing medium-to-large, complex programs with multiple dependencies.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and enterprise software engineering practices.
- Experience building and operating highly available, scalable distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience or strong exposure to mainframe and modern distributed ecosystems.
- Demonstrated experience driving AI-assisted engineering adoption and GenAI tools usage.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3–5+ years in people leadership roles
- Proven experience managing medium-to-large, complex programs with multiple dependencies
- Experience in financial services or brokerage domain preferred Technical & Leadership Expertise
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and enterprise software engineering practices
- Experience building and operating highly available, scalable distributed systems
- Hands-on experience or strong exposure to mainframe and modern distributed ecosystems
- Demonstrated experience driving AI-assisted engineering adoption & AI-DLC
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI coding assistants) and their application in enterprise environments
- Understanding of automation, agentic workflows, and AI-driven productivity acceleration (preferred practical exposure)
