Job Description:

• Excellent knowledge of product manufacturing in Colour Cosmetics / Personal Care, Skincare, Creams, Shampoo, Hair Oil, Conditioner, Face Wash, Body Wash, Body Lotion, Foot Care, Lipstick, Nail Polish, etc.
• Lay down procedures to implement GMP & GLP norms and ensure proper documentation & compliance.
• Define AQL standards for incoming raw materials and components.
• Develop vendor base to meet cost, quality (manufacturing and product), and innovation requirements.
• Develop new formulations as per business demands.
• Prepare documentation & register products, ensure label compliance with local & overseas regulatory authorities.

Skills:

• Must have a background in personal care products.
• Extensive experience in formulation development for personal care products.
• Familiar with cosmetics compliance requirements for EU, US FDA.
• Ability to work on multiple product formulations simultaneously, with a focus on developing new products.
