Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr Software Development Manager in Hyderabad to lead SDE and Salesforce teams in building AI-driven solutions for worldwide 3P sellers. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and account specialists to define technology strategy and deliver high-impact products at scale.

You will manage a distributed software organization, mentor leaders, and drive operations, upgrades, and modernization while upholding Amazon leadership principles and customer obsession.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• 5+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 10+ years of planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment.
• Ability and inquisitiveness to keep up to date with Amazon and industry wide breakthroughs on Generative AI and Agentic AI products, solutions and techniques.

International Seller Services (ISS) is looking for an innovative and inspirational Sr Software Development Manager to lead our teams in our journey to transform our experience to recruit, launch and grow 3P sellers WW. In this role, you will work with Product Managers, Engineering Teams and 3P Account Specialists all over the world in building and launching innovative AI solutions at a rapid pace. You will be a manager of managers, leading SDE and Salesforce development teams that are dynamically defining, refining and launching bar raising products for our customers. You will have the opportunity to learn and implement the latest AI products and solutions.

ISS team's mission is to build AI-driven products that help over 6000 Account Managers and millions of sellers to launch and grow on Amazon worldwide.

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience


• 5+ years of engineering team management experience


• 10+ years of planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience


• Experience partnering with product or program management teams


• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs, projects and development teams in an Agile environment


• Ability and Inquisitiveness to keep up to date with Amazon and industry wide breakthroughs on Generative AI and Agentic AI products, solutions and techniques.
