AbbVie Bengaluru is seeking a senior Market Research professional to lead comprehensive research initiatives in the pharmaceutical sector. You will design studies, analyse syndicated data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to shape strategies and respond to market dynamics. You will stay ahead of industry trends, conduct primary and secondary research, and drive data-driven decisions across digital marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; master's preferred.
• 6+ years in market research within the pharma industry with actionable insights.
• Proficient in market research methods, data analysis, and statistics.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities for diverse stakeholders.

Job Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive market research strategies to support business goals.
• Analyse Syndicated data to extract meaningful insights and trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market insights into product development, marketing campaigns, and business strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.
• Design and conduct primary and secondary market research studies, including surveys, focus groups, and competitive analyses.
• Connecting dots building wholistic analysis using internal external data points for data driven decision making
• Conduct digital marketing analytics and provide insights for digital marketing
• Conducting various analytics by leveraging data points i.e. Omni-Channel customer engagement, To Market sales, In-market sales etc.
• Social medial listening and social media monitoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Min 6 Years of experience in market research in pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
• Proficiency in market research methodologies, data analysis tools, and statistical techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

Data Visualization tools i.e. Power BI, Qlik or Tableau, MS-Project, hands on market research tools, Google, web analytics etc.

Hands-on experience in dealing with platforms - like Hootsuite, Brandwatch etc.
