• 10 years of experience in the Power Distribution sector, with at least 5 years in Renewable Energy.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for renewable energy advisory engagements.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across technical, commercial, regulatory, and project management domains.
• Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of assignments to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Act as primary client interface for communication, reporting, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

2.About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in the power and renewable energy sector to support advisory activities across project planning, transaction advisory, and project management for a range of clean energy solutions. The role includes leading and delivering consultancy assignments related to regulatory matters, tariff and compliance processes, and sector reforms, while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely, high-quality outputs across engagements.

3.Detailed expectations from the role:

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for renewable energy advisory engagements
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across technical, commercial, regulatory, and project management domains
• Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of assignments to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
• Act as the primary client interface for communication, reporting, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle
• Guide teams on key technical, commercial, and regulatory aspects to support effective project development and delivery

4.Required skill set

• Comprehensive understanding of renewable energy technologies, including Solar, Wind, Hybrid, Floating Solar, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Experience in the Power or Renewable Energy sector, including over 5 years of specific/dedicated experience in the Renewable Energy sector Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and team mentoring skills.
• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams of at least 5 members

5.Education and Experience

• Engineering graduate in any discipline with MBA/ PGDM/ PGDBM/ M.Tech/ Post-Graduate degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Energy or Power Management.
• 10 years of experience in the Power Distribution Sector, including minimum 5 years in the Renewable Energy Sector

6.Location

• Base location shall be Jabalpur. However, the role would require the applicant to undertake travel for pursuing various opportunities.
