Edwards Lifesciences in Pune, India, is launching an IT Innovation Hub to accelerate ERP/CRM/PLM initiatives and drive automation, data, AI, and cloud-enabled solutions across regions. The role focuses on leading IT integration, TSA management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality outcomes.

We seek a seasoned PMO leader with 10+ years of ERP project experience and PMP or equivalent certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years hands-on experience managing ERP projects of increasing complexity or equivalent.
• PMP or Green Belt/Black Belt or Scrum Master certification.
• Experience in managing MA projects and coordinating cross-functionally with infrastructure and security teams.
• Prior experience in managing Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs).
• This role is not a remote position; onsite presence during Pacific Time Zone working hours at the Edwards IT Innovation Hub in Pune, India.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional IT Integration initiative involving due diligence, security assessments, and integration of networks, cloud services and applications for MA initiatives.
• Manage TSAs and coordinate with IT teams to carve out data, applications and infrastructure components for divestiture initiatives.
• Lead large-scale projects involving ERP/CRM/CLM/PLM systems and related business processes.
• Drive project management plan execution, monitor risk, and implement corrective actions.
• Define detailed project deliverables, manage scope, schedule, and costs, and reflect changes in the plan.
• Facilitate business case creation and rely on data and judgment to understand project limitations.
• Lead PMO continuous improvement activities and mentor other project managers.
• Assess performance, identify variances, and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders, internal and external.
• Steer project closure, capture lessons learned, and drive future improvements.

Edwards Lifesciences is expanding its global technology capabilities with the launch of a new IT Innovation Hub in Pune, India. The Hub strengthens the technology foundation that supports our business worldwide, working in close partnership with teams across regions to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions at scale. Designed as a long-term investment, the Pune Hub will advance newer digital capabilities such as automation, data, AI, and cloud, and will include roles spanning end user services, application development, and enterprise platform teams. Together, these teams will help Edwards operate more efficiently and accelerate innovation in support of our mission of advancing patient care.

How you ll make an impact:

• Lead cross-functional IT Integration initiative involving comprehensive IT due diligence, conducting security assessments, enhancing end-user productivity, and integrating networks, cloud services, and applications for MA initiatives.

• Manage Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) and collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to carve out both unstructured and structured data, as well as various application and infrastructure components for Divestiture initiatives.

• Extensive understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to managing large scale projects (having managed projects involving implementation of ERP, CRM, CLM, PLM, etc. systems)

• Lead the execution of tasks as defined in the project management plan in order to achieve the project goals, and actively manages project risk

• Determine and discern detailed requirements on larger scale projects to establish the project deliverables, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs to keep the project management plan updated and reflective of authorized project changes

• Facilitate the creation and approval of business cases, and utilizes historical data and expert judgment in order to understand project limitations

• Actively lead one or more Project Management Office (PMO) continuous improvement activities

• Assess project performance to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions and communicate to all stakeholders

• Establish and maintain team members and project stakeholder relationships, expectations, and communications, both internal and external.

• Manage project closure activities, including gathering lessons learned and driving changes to future for continuous improvement

• Serve as a project management subject matter expert, including guiding and mentoring other project managers; demonstrate expertise in a business process, professional discipline, market, or product

What youll need (Required):

• Bachelors Degree in related field

• A minimum of ten years hands-on experience managing ERP projects of increasing complexity or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria

• Project Management Professional (PMP). If not, Green belt or Black belt or Scrum Master certification

• Experience in managing MA projects and coordinating cross functionally with infrastructure and security teams

• Prior experience in managing Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs)

• This role is not a remote position. It requires onsite presence during Pacific Time Zone (Irvine, CA) working hours at the Edwards IT Innovation Hub in Pune, India
