Senior Technical Architect / Principal Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Technical Architect / Principal Software Engineer with 17+ years of proven expertise in enterprise application development, SaaS-based ERP solutions, and full software development lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing scalable, high-performance applications, leading technical teams, driving architectural decisions, and delivering innovative solutions that align with business objectives.

This role requires deep expertise in Java/J2EE technologies, Spring ecosystem, cloud-native application development, SaaS platforms, database design, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture Design

• Design, develop, and implement scalable SaaS-based ERP solutions to meet complex business requirements.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and internal customers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Define application architecture, system integration strategies, and technical roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, highly available, and performance optimized.

Software Development

• Develop enterprise-grade applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, JPA, JDBC, and Servlets.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and web services using Jersey, SOAP, WSDL, and XML technologies.
