Senior Technical Architect / Principal Software Engineer
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Technical Architect / Principal Software Engineer with 17+ years of proven expertise in enterprise application development, SaaS-based ERP solutions, and full software development lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing scalable, high-performance applications, leading technical teams, driving architectural decisions, and delivering innovative solutions that align with business objectives.
This role requires deep expertise in Java/J2EE technologies, Spring ecosystem, cloud-native application development, SaaS platforms, database design, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture Design
- Design, develop, and implement scalable SaaS-based ERP solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and internal customers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Define application architecture, system integration strategies, and technical roadmaps.
- Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, highly available, and performance optimized.
Software Development
- Develop enterprise-grade applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, JPA, JDBC, and Servlets.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and web services using Jersey, SOAP, WSDL, and XML technologies.
- Lead feature development, enhancements, and product customization initiatives.
- Write high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Data Search Technologies
- Design and optimize relational database schemas.
- Develop complex SQL scripts, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Cursors, and Tables.
- Implement enterprise search capabilities using Apache SOLR, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Ensure database performance, integrity, and scalability.
DevOps Automation
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Maven.
- Develop shell scripts and automation tools for build, deployment, and release management.
- Monitor and optimize application performance and deployment processes.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and debugging solutions using Log4j and related tools.
Agile Delivery Leadership
- Work within Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, and technical governance.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams on best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
Modern Technology Enablement
- Support development automation initiatives leveraging JMR and modern frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership across Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JavaScript, React, Angular, and Vue-based applications.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies and software engineering best practices.
