Job Description

The role is responsible for product management, value proposition, market strategy, product positioning, development, scaling up of products, and developing new/enhanced services or features in the Unified Collaboration domain. The objective is to increase product and service profitability, revenue, and market competitiveness. This is a tactical role that contributes to defining the direction of operating plans based on business strategy, with a significant mid-term impact on overall business results.

Responsibilities
  1. Define product requirements and lead/own product development from concept to launch, with accountability for product delivery. Build product roadmaps and ensure governance for implementation.
  2. Facilitate and support a smooth and fast customer order journey. Support and propose system and process improvements to enhance CSAT. Collaborate with IT teams to develop a digital journey platform for customers.
  3. Develop and implement product plans including value proposition, pricing, positioning, channels, promotions, packaging, collateral, and sales support to drive customer acquisition and retention. Define a go-to-market model within existing sales/channel strategies.
  4. Specify, monitor, and manage product financial, technical, service, and operational performance levels. Track P&L, revenue, new business, and profitability, including competitive pricing strategies.
  5. Provide accurate forecasts and reports on product revenues and costs.
  6. Define the product's value proposition for sales. Conduct product education and training through available channels. Support sales and commercial teams with pricing guidelines and special solutions as needed.
  7. The role may be an individual contributor or lead a small team.
