Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple client accounts with a span of 100–150 FTEs.
• Drive end-to-end delivery, quality, and client satisfaction, including handling escalations.
• Bring deep expertise in US Mortgage Operations – Settlement Services (Post-Closing, Recording, Policy Preparation, Curative).
• Conduct daily/weekly governance calls and huddles with Line Leads and Managers.
• Analyze MIS reports to drive performance improvements and informed decision-making.
• Own and manage P&L, ensuring revenue growth and profitability targets are met.
• Engage with clients through reviews, meetings, and strategic discussions.
