Job summary

Kaufman Rossin in Bangalore is seeking a Senior Manager– Assurance to lead complex engagements for global clients. You will supervise large teams, manage end-to-end engagements, budgets, WIPS, and billing, while maintaining high technical standards.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, mentoring staff, and cross-functional collaboration, with a hybrid work policy and a strong emphasis on people-first culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience within public accounting Assurance/Audit Services.
• CPA, preferred.
• Experience supervising teams and leading entire engagement process.
• Expert analytical skills.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
• Adept at handling client relationships, independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide management over a complex portfolio of clients and deliver high quality services.
• Manage engagements from start to finish: proposals, budgets, WIPS, timely billing and collection, etc.
• Achieve team and individual budget and performance objectives.
• Maintain expert technical standards.
• Proactively identify client needs by understanding their business and key risks.
• Provide value-add services to clients on a consultancy basis, with cross-selling in mind.
• Mentor, train, and develop staff.
• Lead by example: demonstrate a positive, team-player attitude and professional appearance.
• Adhere to Firm document and email retention policies.
• Seek leadership roles in professional, business or community organizations.
• Identify hiring needs for the department and interview potential hires.
