Job Description :
Recruitment/ Compensation
- Overall co-ordination of manpower planning, recruitment, induction & ensuring cultural fit.
- Developing/implementing new recruitment/selection policies as per staffing requirements.
- Handling compensation & benefits negotiations and administration.
- Defining plans, policies & strategies for greater operational effectiveness & man power deployment.
- Identifying scope & working on change management.
- Modifying & implementing various compensations plans, reward & recognition schemes, HR policies and communicating them across the organization at all levels.
- Counseling/ grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment and facilitating Employee Satisfaction Survey & community development activities.
- Performance Management System/ Career Planning
- Handling Performance Appraisal process & identifying scope for enhancing the same.
- Initiating rewards & recognition programmes and implementing incentive system for motivating employees.
Training & Development
- Identifying training needs & ensuring measurability & effectiveness across the organization.
- Budgeting & organizing customized training programmes based on the training need analysis to enhance the manpower skills & efficiency.
Industrial Relations
- Interact with Union representatives/ individual employees through formal and informal meetings/ discussions.
- Negotiating and amicably settling disputes with the union and arriving at productive agreements.
- Ensuring maintenance of cordial employee-management relations in the organization, by encouraging workers to voice their opinions on common platforms and inviting suggestions.
- Handling negotiations, collective bargaining and settlement of grievances in compliance with various labour laws.
Commercial Liaison/ Legal
- Liaising with Govt. authorities & external agencies for ensuring seamless operations.
- Interfacing with state/ central authorities and ensuring adherence to norms as applicable to industry.
- Monitoring compliance with Labour statues like PF, ESI and Factories Act and attending to related legal issues.
Administration/ Quality Assurance
- Supervising all administration related activities including facilities planning & management, security, transport, canteen and utmost utilization of resources.
- Monitoring compliance to the defined quality parameters.
- Overseeing the record keeping activities & generating various HR & MIS reports.
