Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas Operations.
• BE/B.Tech in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university.
• Experience with OMS requirements, and relevant standards (OMR, OISD, PNGRB, ASME B31.8/B31.8Q/B31S).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain records for compliance with OMR, OISD, PNGRB, ASME B31.8, ASME B31.8Q, and ASME B31S.
• Plan and manage spares and inventory control.
• Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Plan and ensure execution of pigging, ILI, and hot tapping activities.
• Plan and ensure execution of pipeline surveys.
• Interact and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a self-motivated approach, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ensure safe and reliable operations in line with OMS requirements.
• Ensure emergency preparedness and the ability to effectively handle emergency situations.
• Identify training needs for self and subordinates and recommend appropriate training programs.
• Ensure effective compliance management.
• Ensure efficient manpower and resource management.
• Monitor and maintain the Cathodic Protection (CP) system.
• Knowledge and experience in Asset Integrity Management.
• Strong knowledge of applicable operational codes, standards, and regulations.
• Knowledge of Emergency Response Plans and procedures.
• Knowledge of pre-commissioning and commissioning of assets.
