• Develop server-side logic, APIs, and integration services for large-scale enterprise systems.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through code quality and database tuning.
• Implement microservices architecture using modern frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Java Spring Boot).
• Integrate authentication, authorization, and data security mechanisms into application backbones.
• Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end, cloud-ready solutions.
• Guide code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior engineers.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive resolution improvements.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Code quality and test coverage metrics, Application uptime and performance efficiency, Defect density and resolution time, API response time and throughput improvement, Delivery timeliness and stakeholder satisfaction.
