Responsibilities

• Develop a Data Science product that will deliver high quality personalized recommendations
• across different channels to our customers
• Integration of various Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning Models on an ongoing basis
• into the product
• Developing high-performance algorithms for precision targeting, testing, and implementing
• these algorithms
• Working with Engineering team to ensure scalability of the solution
• Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure high quality deliverables
• Prioritizing, planning and delivering a high-quality product to create business impact while
• setting a high bar for scientific rigor
• Interacting with other teams to define interfaces and understanding and resolving
• Learning and implementing the latest approaches in Data Science

Qualifications

• MS in Computer Science or related field with 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Deep knowledge of Machine Learning / Deep Learning approaches and the underlying
• algorithms / Math
• Should have experience in working closely with the Engineering teams to deliver and deploy
• algorithms in a production environment
• Experience with AWS technologies a plus.
• Good written and spoken communication skills, team player.
