Job summary

Funds-Axis Group Limited is seeking a seasoned Java Developer to join our backend team in Delhi. You will design client-side and server-side architecture, develop and manage databases and applications, ensure software quality, and contribute to DevOps practices in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in development, strong Java, Spring Boot, JPA, and testing with JUnit, RestAssured, and Cypress, plus experience with PostgreSQL, Jasper, and modern CI/CD tools like Jenkins and

• Minimum 5 years as a Developer or similar role.
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with common stacks.
• Extensive Knowledge of Java along with Spring Boot Framework, JPA.
• Extensive experience on automated testing using Junit, RestAssured and Cypress.
• Familiarity with TDD, feature file creation and conversion to test cases.
• Familiarity with databases (Postgres SQL), web servers and UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with Jasper.
• Experience of working in DevOps and Agile environment.
• Preferably conversant with Jenkins, Jira, Bitbucket and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, teamwork skills and attention to detail.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering

Overview and Purpose of the Role

The Developer will be responsible for developing and designing, backend development and ensuring the responsiveness of applications. You should be a team player with a knack for visual design and comfortable agile methodology for development. Have exposure to DevOps and Test Driven Development.
