Job summary

GlobalLogic in India is seeking an experienced senior software developer to join our backend team. You will design and implement architectures using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices, working closely with product and technical managers to plan initiatives.

The role emphasizes high-quality code, Agile delivery, and collaboration across teams, with exposure to Azure services, relational databases, and modern tooling like Postman and Swagger.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years of software development experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Java and design principles.
• Strong expertise in J2EE with Spring, JPA and Hibernate.
• Deep experience with Spring Boot, RESTful services and microservices.
• Proficiency with RDBMS/MySQL databases.
• Experience documenting APIs and code with POSTMAN and Swagger.
• Familiarity with Azure services.
• Basic understanding of caching with Redis and search with Elasticsearch.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Managers (Technical and Product) to define and plan projects and activities.
