Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP testing lead to own the S4 test strategy across SIT, E2E, UAT, and data migration for ISC tracks. You will coordinate across multiple sprints and work with SI Partners and COEs to ensure readiness of environments, data, and integrations.

The role demands 8+ years in SAP testing, strong SAFe Agile experience, and expertise with JIRA, TOSCA, and Solution Manager. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 8+ years of SAP testing experience in ISC on S/4HANA.
• Deep end-to-end supply chain process knowledge across Inventory, WM, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement and Logistics.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, Regression and Integration Testing.
• Proficient in JIRA, TOSCA, Solution Manager; Xray knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ensure entry/exit criteria adherence and compliance with test governance standards.
• Drive continuous improvements and quality gate compliance with program standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering


• 8+ years of experience in SAP testing with deep testing expertise in ISC modules in S/4HANA.


• Strong experience of S/4HANA ISC with deep functional expertise on end-to-end supply chain processes covering Inventory & Warehouse Management, Manufacturing & Quality, Procurement & Supplier Management, Logistics & Trade Compliance along with EWM & MES integrations.


• Experienced in test strategies, test plans, and testing frameworks aligning with project objectives.


• Hands‑on experience with testing tools such as JIRA, TOSCA, TOSCA DI, Solution Manager and testing activities like SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Integration Testing.


• Experience in driving continuous Test Automation preferably using TOSCA and TOSCA DI.


• Experience in developing and implementing test strategies and with high focus on continuous test automation.


• Experience working in SAFe Agile methodology with high focus on continuous test automation (in sprint, SIT, Regression & UAT) including deeper knowledge of JIRA- Xray and TOSCA integration.


• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and escalation management.


• Diverse experience in ISC and integration testing to be able to provide functional test signoff and coordinate automation & and nonfunctional testing.


• Working knowledge of complex integration landscape comprising the front end, middleware, and backend.


• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.


• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and escalation management.


• Good analytical and logical thinking abilities


• Experience in test estimation, resource planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling, and reporting test status
