Job summary

Honeywell Bengaluru seeks an IT OCM Analyst to drive change management for the S/4HANA deployment. You will develop readiness, training, communication, and user adoption plans, while tracking KPIs and analytics to ensure measurable progress.

You will lead impact analyses, manage risks, and coordinate with SI partners to deliver readiness and adoption. Strong collaboration across IT and business teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the transformation program to deploy S/4HANA across the region and plan OCM deliverables.
• Own and improve the OCM methodology supporting the change management strategy.
• Lead Change Impact Analyses across design teams and SI partners.
• Coordinate updates to OCM tools and align with the OCM methodology (JIRA, Signavio, WalkMe, Oracle HCM Learning Center, SAP Learning Hub).
• Develop and publish KPIs and weekly progress reports for OCM deliverables.
• Identify, report, and mitigate risks and issues related to OCM work with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SI and Business Change Network to deliver readiness, training, and user adoption outcomes.
• Support upskilling of Honeywell IT staff and Super Users with an SAP Learning Hub curriculum.
• Create reports to track Honeywell SAP competency using Oracle HCM Learning capabilities.

Job Description

In this role, you will drive the successful deployment of S/4HANA by leading the development and execution of change management strategies, including change readiness, training, communication, and user adoption.

You will ensure strong program discipline through analytics and KPI-driven reporting to track progress and deliver measurable outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with the S/4HANA Transformation Program to effectively deploy S/4HANA across the assigned region, ensuring OCM deliverables are planned and executed.
• Own and continuously improve the OCM methodology supporting the overall organizational and change management strategy.
• Lead and conduct Change Impact Analyses across multiple functional design teams, collaborating with SI teams. Conduct hands-on assessments to identify organizational risks and opportunities.
• Serve as the service owner (or coordinate with the service owner) to update and maintain OCM enabling tools in alignment with the OCM methodology, including JIRA, Signavio, WalkMe, Oracle HCM Learning Center, and SAP Learning Hub.
• Develop, maintain, and publish KPIs and weekly reporting metrics that show progress across all OCM deliverables.
• Manage and report risks and issues related to OCM deliverables; drive mitigations to closure with stakeholders.
• Partner with the System Integrator and the Business Change Network to successfully deliver OCM outcomes for Change Readiness, Training, and User Adoption.
• Support upskilling of internal Honeywell IT employees and Super Users by building and supporting an SAP Learning Hub curriculum.
• Create reporting to track progress of internal Honeywell SAP competency, leveraging Oracle HCM Skills Assessment capabilities.
• Build and maintain SAP training curricula on the Oracle HCM Learning platform aligned to defined S/4HANA personas.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience where permitted).
• 3–5 years of experience as an IT OCM Analyst (or similar OCM/Change role) on a large transformation program.
• Strong understanding of organizational change management methodologies and principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create clear, executive-ready status and KPI reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to convert data into meaningful insights; highly results-driven.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and platforms quickly and apply them in a structured program environment.
• Strong collaboration skills across IT, business stakeholders, and third-party partners.
