Job summary

Acme Services Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks an experienced IBM InfoSphere MDM/Customer Hub developer to design, implement and maintain enterprise master data solutions. You will work across data modeling, business rules, and data governance to ensure high-quality master data.

The role involves building API connections to CRM/ERP, performing SQL tasks on DB2/Oracle, and ensuring performance and security standards are met within a WebSphere environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain IBM InfoSphere MDM / Customer Hub solutions for enterprise master data.
• Develop and customize MDM data models, business rules, matching, merging, and survivorship rules.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and integration services to connect MDM with CRM, ERP, databases, and other enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain applications using Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
• Work with WebSphere Application Server for application deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Perform SQL development and database activities using DB2/Oracle.
• Implement data quality, validation, deduplication, and master data governance processes.
• Create and maintain Golden Records for customer, product, and other master data.
• Support data migration, data cleansing, and data integration activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, integration failures, and data-related problems.
• Monitor and improve application and MDM performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, data governance teams, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, documentation, and release activities.
• Ensure MDM solutions follow enterprise architecture, security, and data governance standards.
