Job summary

Beyond Border Consultants in Delhi seeks a dynamic design professional to shape marketing assets and visual identities for edtech products. You will collaborate with content and product teams to craft course visuals, UI components, and brand assets that resonate with learners across digital and print channels.

The role emphasizes accessibility, mobile-responsive design, and brand coherence, with opportunities to lead design sprints and contribute to learning platforms’ UI systems.

Qualifications

• Experience designing marketing assets for edtech or education sectors.
• Ability to create responsive UI components for learning platforms.
• Familiarity with accessibility and brand consistency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva Pro.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design of high-impact marketing assets: landing pages, social media creatives, email templates, and video storyboards tailored for edtech audiences.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to co-create visual identities for new courses, certifications, and learning pathways.
• Design and optimize UI components for learning platforms, ensuring accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and brand consistency.
• Manage brand asset libraries and design systems to maintain scalable visual coherence across campaigns and channels.
• Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders using data-driven storytelling and A/B test insights.
• Stay ahead of edtech design trends—from micro-interactions to GenZ-focused motion graphics—and evangelize best practices across the team.
