Job summary

OTSI - Object Technology Solutions Inc. is seeking a Sr. Finance Executive to oversee financial operations, including AR, AP, and payroll, and to lead the preparation of tax returns and financial reports.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. You will develop financial models, forecast budgets, and provide guidance to the finance team while ensuring adherence to GST, TDS, and TCS regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; CA-Inter/CA/ICWA or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Excellent Excel proficiency and Tally software knowledge.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and TCS compliances.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
• Prepare reconciliations for expenditures and BRS.
• Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and TCS returns.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards.
• Provide guidance to the finance team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify areas for improvement in financial processes.
• Prepare MIS reports.
• File tax returns and challans.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
