What You'll Do

• Supporting cost management through budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of financial performance
• Tracking and validating cost-saving initiatives to ensure benefits are delivered and accurately reported
• Assisting in the financial evaluation of investments, improvement projects, and business initiatives
• Helping maintain strong financial controls and governance standards across manufacturing operations
• Identifying risks, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement, while working with teams to implement solutions
• Preparing reporting dashboards and performance insights to support business decision-making
• Coordinating with finance teams across multiple factory locations to ensure accurate and timely submissions
• Supporting internal and external audits, reviews, and compliance activities

What We're Looking For

• Chartered Accountant qualification
• Up to 3 years of professional experience
• Exposure to manufacturing, factory, operations, or supply chain finance is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and build collaborative relationships
• Confidence in working with data, reporting tools, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence applications in finance
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement
