Job summary

Mulmul in Delhi is seeking a Senior Fashion Consultant for a full-time, on-site role. You will provide personalized styling guidance, help with silhouettes and fabrics, and ensure an elevated in-store experience aligned with Mulmul's aesthetic.

You will leverage deep product knowledge of Indian ethnic wear, work weekends, drive sales, build relationships, and mentor junior consultants while maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Knowledge and understanding of Indian ethnic wear, fabrics, fits, and current fashion trends.
• Proven expertise in Fashion Consulting and personal styling, with the ability to curate looks for diverse customer needs.
• Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear, inclusive client interactions.
• Customer Service skills focused on creating positive, memorable in-store experiences and building repeat clientele.
• Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and achieving individual and store-level targets.
• Previous experience in premium or designer fashion retail, preferably in ethnic or occasion wear.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, including weekends and peak festive seasons, with strong time management and teamwork.
• Relevant education in Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
