Job summary

Oxford Placement in Gujarat, Dahej, seeks an experienced Safety & Compliance Lead to drive regulatory and ISO adherence, monitor plant safety, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

The role includes accident investigation, government liaison, safety training, audits, and implementation of best practices with 7–12 years' experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• BE(Chem)/M.Sc/B.Sc with PDIS and 7–12 years' experience in a reputed chemical industry.
• Sound knowledge of local Safety/EHS regulations.
• Dynamic and result-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure compliance with local regulatory and corporate Safety/ISO norms.
• Monitor safety functions of the plant and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead accident investigations, government liaison, safety training, and audits.
